JoEllen Schneider
JoEllen Schneider , Benefit Consultant and owner of Insurance Professionals, Inc. of Boise. JoEllen specializes in employer medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefit plans – both employer paid & voluntary. Developing & managing over 200 small employer benefit plans in the fully insured market. JoEllen acts as an extension of your HR team, providing compliance guidance for COBRA, FMLA, USERRA, HIPAA, E-Security, FSA’s, HSA’s HRA’s, understanding that small employers don’t always have the time or resources to understand the complexities of compliance issues. JoEllen is a member of the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, International Foundation of Education, Benefits & Compensation, National Associaton of Insurance & Financial Advisors and Idaho Health Underwriter’s Association.
JoEllen holds a BA in Business Management from Augustana College. Licensed health & life insurance broker in Idaho since 1994. As of January 2007, added her property & casualty designations to her Idaho Insurance license.

Bruce Kniefel, LUTCF
Bruce Kniefel was born in Caldwell, Idaho in 1958 and married Connie Harris in 1980. They have three awesome kids and are a family of hunters and gatherers. Bruce grew up and in Payette, Idaho. He has six years of experience in the banking industry and began his professional career in insurance in 1988. Bruce is involved in Idaho Estate Planning and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). Service and product options are his specialty.

Mike Libutti, Senior Products Specialist
Mike Libutti’s roots are in Idaho. His great- grandfather homesteaded in Driggs, Idaho in the Teton Basin in the late 1800’s. He and his wife Merri of 26 years have three children and four grandkids. Mike enjoys all of the outdoor activities that many Idahoans do—hunting, fishing, skiing, and camping trips with his family, friends, and grandkids. Mike specializes in helping seniors understand Medicare, Medicaid, Life and Long Term Care Insurance, as well as Final Expenses. He has been State licensed and certified for 30+ years and is appointed to over 40 different A-rated companies. He is also a member NAIFA. Mike works closely with his clients to understand and meet their needs.
